6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, obtaining required permissions, making timely payments, and cooperating throughout the planning and execution process to ensure successful event delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empire Event Management shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, vendor issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, text, photographs, videos, designs, and branding is the exclusive property of Empire Event Management and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
